If product has been damaged and mishandled
during shipment by
UPS,
you must contact your local office within 48
hours after delivery and claim for damage. After
we receive authorization from
UPS the new
products will be shipped to you again.
Do not return damaged product to us please

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
We warrant products against any defects in
workmanship or materials under normal use and
service, as long as the original buyer of
product owns the vehicle where product was
installed.

return/exchange authorization number. Any
packages sent without return exchange
authorization number will not be accepted.

you may return it for a refund. (SHIPPING IS
NON-REFUNDABLE) All products must be in perfect
condition, in the original package, and 3M
adhesive tape has not been removed. Custom made

MATERIALS
We make car interior trim products from natural
and simulated materials. Please remember that
lines, seams, and other variations in color or
grain pattern are normal appearance of the
natural wood and are not under warranty.
